Payment & Cancellations
Full payment is required to reserve the studio.
Cancellations made 1-2 days before the scheduled reservation will receive a 50% refund.
Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Studio Time & Scheduling
There is a 2-hr minimum on rentals.

Clients are billed for the full duration of their reservation—not the time used.
Your session begins at your scheduled start time, not upon arrival. Late arrivals do not extend your booking time.

Studio time includes all on-site activity (setup, makeup, breakdown, etc.).
Please do not expect to enter the studio more than 5 minutes before your scheduled time.

There is no waiting area, and another session may be in progress before yours. Please respect the time of other clients.

Overtime will be billed at the same hourly rate, if available.

Studio Use & Responsibility
Clients are expected to treat the studio, equipment, and furnishings with care.
Any damage caused during your session will be billed at repair cost or fair market replacement value.

Standard group size is limited to 15 people. Larger groups must be approved in advance.

Cyc Wall Guidelines
Protective shoe covers are required for anyone walking on the cyc wall who is not being photographed.
Shoe covers are provided on the digitech cart.

Bare feet are not permitted on the cyc wall. Socks are acceptable.

Food & Beverage
The snack and beverage area is available for your convenience.
All items must be purchased prior to consumption using the Square app on the iPad kiosk.

Personal Items
Know Good Studio is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
Unclaimed items will be placed in the lost and found. We will contact you if identifiable.

Props & Materials
Large items and props are permitted but must be removed the same day as your reservation.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the studio.
Vaping is allowed.

Glitter & Special Materials
Use of glitter must be approved in advance and will incur a $150 cleaning fee.

Animals
We are pet-friendly (dogs and cats welcome).
All other animals require prior approval.
Farm animals (goats, sheep, pigs, etc.) are not permitted.

Equipment & Studio Operations
Photography and video lighting equipment are included with your rental.
Please refer to the equipment list for details.

Seamless paper is available at $25 per pull.

Know Good Studio operates largely as a self-service space.
Staff may or may not be on-site depending on the booking. If not on-site, somebody will be available by phone to assist you.
