Know Good Studio is a 3,000 sq ft creative space designed for those who want more than just a location. With natural light pouring in from multiple angles and an open, adaptable layout, the studio evolves with every project that enters it. Custom textured walls and thoughtfully curated elements add depth, character, and dimension—creating a space that feels as elevated as the work produced within it. Whether for high-end productions, brand activations, or private events, every detail is intentional, built to inspire, and made to be captured.

Key features of Know Good Studio
Know Good Studio is 3000 sq ft. It is about having space and having privacy. Clients have access to the whole studio and the space is not shared with other clients.
Available natural light on the north side and west side of the studio with large windows. If you want to block out the natural light, there are external doors that can be closed. You have full control over the light.
Almost everything in the studio is mobile. This allows for great flexibility for your production or event in terms of custom set design or planning for the layout of an event.
Lighting gear is included, which greatly simplifies and streamlines production logistics and costs while lowering stress levels.
Know Good Studio has an abundance of backdrops to use for your production or event. There are over 20 seamless paper options, multiple moving walls with custom textured backgrounds and various walls in the studio with custom textures.
The vintage TV wall is fully functional and is connected to a vintage camcorder. The TV wall is included in the rental rate. It’s a great way to capture behind-the-scenes content, or use it as a prop itself.
The kitchenette contains a snack and beverage area which gives the studio a comfy cafe vibe. You can make yourself a coffee with the Nespresso machine or make your own carafe of fresh-ground pour over coffee. The beverage fridge includes an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages. And there are light snacks. Everything is available for purchase through the studio iPad kiosk.
